J.E. Johnson provides design/build solutions for commercial buildings, office complexes, medical facilities, schools, industrial and institutional facilities. J.E. Johnson's vast experience with process piping systems utilizing various grades and types of piping allow us to meet the challenge on a variety of projects. Our in-house professionals and CAD capabilities allow us to engineer projects in house, delivering full service, premium finished projects where appearance is as important as function. J.E. Johnson's full time design team consists of Professional Engineers, Mechanical Engineers and Degreed/Certified CAD Designers.

Our fully equipped pipe fabrication shop supports our customers' fabrication needs to provide the highest quality product at the lowest cost. Pipe prefabrication also results in reduced installation costs and the utilization of CAD drawings minimizes any errors or misunderstandings. We are fully qualified in process piping and can fulfill your fabrication needs in all materials and joining methods. Our installers are experienced with all types of prefabricated piping systems which assures timely installations while maintaining strict quality standards.

J.E. Johnson's welders are certified with the American Welding Society and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, with Process Welding to ASME B31.3. We also have on staff an AWS Certified Welding Inspector to assure quality control.

When you choose J.E. Johnson, you are working with a company dedicated to state-of-the-art technology and service. We have a 25,000 square foot fabrication shop (and growing), equipped with a computerized coil line, TDF machine and cybermation plasma cutter. We can fabricate and install heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems for a wide range of commercial, institutional or industrial applications. Custom fabrication in black and galvanized carbon steel, stainless steel, and 26, 24, 22 and 20 gauge sheet metal is “no problem” for our shop's capabilities.
