In order to better serve our customers, we do not have a set agreement and fee. Our Preventative Maintenance Programs and Energy Management Services are tailored specifically to meet your equipment requirements and concerns. We listen to your problems and concerns related to increasing workplace comfort and system performance.

We are concerned about protecting the environment. Our technicians are trained in the proper techniques for recovering, recycling, reclaiming and disposing of used Chlorofluorocarbons (CFC's) and Hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFC's) refrigerants which are harmful to the ozone layer.

Our goal at J.E. Johnson is to reduce down time, save on energy costs and minimize the occurrences of costly breakdowns. By providing an integrated program of optimizing HVAC and refrigeration systems, effective preventative maintenance with 24 hour service from our State Certified technicians, we will achieve these goals with our customers.

J.E. Johnson was contacted to bid on an HVAC unit. While looking at the existing roof top unit, it was determined that budget costs were an issue and the customer did not have the money allocated to replace the equipment at this time. We repaired the unit, even though the customer’s current service company told them parts were obsolete. With this solution-oriented approach, they were able to use the equipment one more year, allowing them to budget to replace the unit the following year.

Another customer had been unable to resolve a problem with a damper operation for years with their previous service company. We spent the time to investigate the problem in-depth. It was discovered that it was not a control issue as previously thought, but a mechanical linkage problem with the damper. We made the necessary repair to the damper and the system worked properly.
