Pipe Fabrication Services

Expert fabrication techniques enable J.E. Johnson to produce virtually all of your mechanical Piping and Process Piping fabrication projects. Our 40,000 square foot facility has the ability to handle tube and pipe in most diameters and schedules. J.E. Johnson welders and procedures are qualified in accordance with ASME Section IX and meet the requirements of ASME B31.1 Power Piping and B31.3 Process Piping codes. Working with our team of qualified welders and pipefitters, we have AWS Certified Welding Inspectors to ensure the quality of your fabricated pipe project and ensure all inspection and testing documentation complies with you required specifications.

In addition to your mechanical piping needs, J.E. Johnson also builds custom designed Process Skid Assemblies. From simple Process Skids to complex modules with instrumentation and controls, each is constructed to meet your specifications and quality expectations. All Process Skids are functionally tested as required and meet or exceed shipping and installation requirements.

Sheet Metal Fabrication Services

When you choose J.E. Johnson, you are working with a company dedicated to utilizing state-of-the-art technology and service. We have a 25,000 square foot fabrication shop, equipped with a computerized coil line, TDF  duct flange machine and CNC plasma cutter. Our fabrication capabilities include heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems for a wide range of commercial, institutional and industrial applications. Custom fabrication in black and galvanized carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and 26, 24, 22, and 20 gauge sheet metal is no problem for our shop. Sheet metal fabrication complies with SMACNA standards where applicable.
