Process Piping

When you choose J.E. Johnson, you are working with a company dedicated to state-of-the-art technology and service. We have a fabrication shop capable of supporting all mechanical services needs. Our fully equipped pipe fabrication shop supports our customers’ needs to provide the highest quality product at the lowest cost. Pipe pre-fabrication also results in reduced installation costs and the utilization of CAD drawings minimizes errors or misunderstandings. We are fully qualified in process piping and can fulfill your fabrication needs in all materials and joining methods. Our installers are experienced with all types of pre-fabricated piping systems which assures timely installations while maintaining strict quality standards.

Sheet Metal

Our sheet metal fabrication shop is equipped with a computerized coil line, TDF  duct flange machine and CNC plasma cutter. We fabricate and install heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems for a wide range of commercial, institutional or industrial applications. Custom fabrication in black and galvanized carbon steel, stainless steel, and 26, 24, 22 and 20 gauge sheet metal is “no problem” for our shop’s capabilities.
