Position: Sales Account Manager Position Location: Mid-Michigan Area Position: This position is accountable for sales activities and customer relationships for J.E. Johnson, Inc. in the Mid-Michigan Area. The focus is commercial, industrial and institutional clients selling Service, Retro-Fit contracts and project work. The objective of this positioin is to implement the Company's Sales and Marketing Plan through direct customer sales, sales support and coordination of trade allies and other sales channels as part of an overall territory plan. In addition, this position is accountable for all commerical service agreement estimating, pricing and service agreement and project proposal development functions between the company and its clients. This position reports to the Marketing & Sales Manager. Experience: Must have 3-5 years experience in outside sales. Education: High School Diploma; college desirable. Position Traits: Candidate must be well groomed and presentable to all clients. They must possess good phone skills, good English grammar with speech clarity. This position requires good active listening skills, reading comprehension along with critical thinking and time management. Compensation: Position pays base plus commission. Skills: Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and knowledgeable in C.R.M. Systems.
